Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and how to get it deleted. Effective 13 September 2026.
Who we are
Resite is a one-person studio at getresite.com. Write contact@getresite.com about this policy or your data.
What we collect
If you use the contact form or email us, we get:
- The WordPress URL you send
- What you say the site is for
- Your email address
- The time you sent it, and whether the lead is new or handled
The form also runs a Cloudflare Turnstile check so we can tell a person from a bot. Turnstile may set a cookie or similar token. We do not run ads, and we do not sell a list.
If you pay for hosting, the host will have normal server logs (IP, pages requested, errors). We use those to keep the site up, not to profile you.
Why we keep it
To reply about the job. To do the work you asked for. To email you about that job only. There is no newsletter unless you ask for one in writing.
Where it goes
The form posts to a Cloudflare Worker. The lead is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. We email ourselves the same details through Resend so we see it in the inbox. DNS and hosting, when you hire us for that, run on Cloudflare.
We do not sell this data. We do not give it to a marketer. We may have to hand it over if the law requires it.
How long
Leads stay until the job is finished and a short time after, or until you ask us to delete them. Email in the inbox follows the same rule. Hosting logs rotate with the host.
Your choices
Email contact@getresite.com to see what we have, to correct it, or to delete it. If you delete a lead before we start, we will not do the job until you send the URL again.
Children
This site is for people hiring work on a business or personal site. It is not for children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes.
