The site is slow, then it is hacked.
A plugin update blanks the homepage. You pay someone to keep WordPress healthy. Then the email arrives: your site was hacked.
Resite · one-person studio
We take the old WordPress site down and put up a fast one. No plugins, no updates, no “your site was hacked”.
First 10 sites at this price. After that it may go up. This is an opening offer, not a review of past work.
The problem
A plugin update blanks the homepage. You pay someone to keep WordPress healthy. Then the email arrives: your site was hacked.
WordPress is a CMS. You do not have a newspaper. You have a shop window: who you are, what you do, how to reach you.
The old install comes down. A static site goes up. Nothing to update. Nothing to patch. Nothing to break at 2am.
A shop is a different job. A large blog can be imported from WordPress for an extra fee. That part needs a database. After launch, hosting plus one hour a month is $100. Time past that is hourly. If a plugin or theme does a simple job, we can rebuild that job on the static site for an extra fee. It will not be WordPress.
Use the contact form, or email the current site and a sentence about what it is for.
We rebuild a new static site from what is already on the page. You review a preview.
You keep the domain. We move DNS to Cloudflare. We need access to do that. WordPress comes down. The new site answers on your domain.
No. We replace WordPress. The new site is static HTML. No admin, no plugins, no PHP.
From your current site. We do not invent a new brand. If you want copy rewritten, say so. That can add time.
Cal.com or Calendly can sit on the new site. A shop is a different job. A large blog can be imported from WordPress for an extra fee. That needs a database.
Two days to a week after we have the URL and a go-ahead, depending on scope.
Yes. It stays in your account. We handle DNS on Cloudflare. We need access to do that.
One person. You email contact@getresite.com. There is no chat widget and no phone line.
Yes, if the current site already has them and they are simple. About, services, FAQ, a location page. Not a shop or a membership. A large blog is a paid add-on.
No. It is the price for this job: one simple informational site. First 10 sites at $500.
Static hosting. After the site is live, hosting plus one hour a month is $100. Time past that is billed hourly. You still own the domain.
